Project Features This upmarket waterside project features a range of three-five storey units. As part of Prestoplan's innovation to reduce shrinkage in medium rise developments, low moisture content ‘Ultrajoist' timbers were incorporated into the floor zones. Staircases for this project were also supplied and installed by Prestoplan.
