Scope 51, 2 Storey Timber Frame Houses
Project Features A private development of 51 houses, all pre-sold, where speed of build was crucial so multiple blocks were built simultaneously, the floors were manufactured in cassette format, the roofs were assembled on the ground and lifted into position maximising the concept of pre assembly construction.
This site formed an important part of a major regeneration of a former school site.
