- What scope of work do you offer?
Our product range includes open or closed panel walls (PresWall Plus), engineered floor zones, and large panel / cassette floor systems to suit fast track build requirements.

- How high can you build?
Under current legislation up to 7 storeys is permissible subject to specific design criteria.

- How many units do you manufacture?
As described above, we operate in different market sectors, but broken into individual units, this equates to approximately 4,000 units per year, with a current capacity of approximately 6,000 units a year.

- Do you operate nationwide?
From its manufacturing bases in Lancashire (84,000 ft²) and Gloucestershire (95,000 ft²), Prestoplan is ideally situated to service a nationwide clientele.

- Do you provide timber frames for export?
We have previously exported to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Spain and Japan . We would appraise any suitable scheme.

- Do you provide timber frames for the one off market?
No, we do not provide a service to the individual house builder.

- Do you supply roof trusses and PresWeb joists?
Not as a separate service, only as part of a timber frame structure.
